What to Report

Please describe the problem and identify whether it involves:

A purchase that did not appear or an incorrect export-credit balance
Restore Purchases not restoring eligible access
A STEP or STL export that failed to download or open
A model-generation request that failed or produced an unexpected result
An account, anonymous-session, or access problem

When possible, include your device model, operating-system version, OrbitCAD app version, the approximate time the problem occurred, and screenshots that show the issue. Do not email passwords, payment-card information, or confidential design data.

App Store Billing and Refunds

Apple handles App Store billing, subscription management, and refund requests. Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store must be submitted to Apple.
